Met with my real estate lady and was disappointed with the price she said I could get. I knew that I had overimproved based on the rest of the neighborhood, but oh well.

So on the flip side my mortgage company called and the appraisal on the farm was MUCH higher than anticipated. That made me happy.

I'm pretty much in love with Brett Favre. I'm pretty sure that is perfection in the flesh.

I'm also thinking of moving LUNNA up here and making her a farm wife.

Bet that thought made you chuckle.

Brett Favre... he is nice-looking, eh? :) And sounds like at least the housing stuff is starting to move a bit.

As for LUNNA... she'd last maybe 16 hrs. The first below 70 day... Maybe you can find land in PR and open there? :)
