I met with the sellers of my farm today to get keys (closing is a few weeks off) You have to imagine an old finnish farmer....about as stoic as you can get.

Hey grabbed my hand and in a very touching way he said "I'm so glad it's you. When we walked around the land together I could tell that you cared about it and it's history. I'm just really glad it's you.
