Monday, March 24, 2008, 2:40:56 PM- How I have a good time at NN
1. I limit my exposure. At most a half hour per day. I look at some nekid people, read some blogs and write mine if i have time. 2. I don't take things very seriously. NN is not my life, it is a little diversion. 3. I never believe anything anyone says. Why would I? Even md (who I have talked with on the phone) could be a skinny white chick from Las Vegas with a voice synthesizer. 4. I don't throw mud. If I want a clean sandbox I have to do my part. 5. I don't catch mud thrown at me. That would require me to a) believe and b) care. 6. I don't go to places where people do things I don't have an interest in. For me that means no chat no forums. 7. If someone was breaking a rule i would send a message to NN and be done with it. I have done all I should. I could care NO MORE. 8. If I ever said I was going away. I would GO AWAY. To swing back and forth is up to you I guess. 9. Everything has peaks and valley's. I have been here through supposed periods of both. A web site is just like everything else. The thing you feed the most gets stronger. 10. (I just wanted to get to 10) I decide to have fun. Every day we get what we decide to get. I choose fun. I now return you to your regular programing.

Friday, March 21, 2008, 2:38:41 AM- Things that drive me crazy ......437
Subway commercials. WTF are these made in someones ally? I think they must be proud of how cheap they look. George Clooney is coming to town and I can't get a ticket. He will be here to promote his new movie "leatherheads" which is about one of the first NFL teams. Perhaps he will let me house sit his Lake Como estate while he is here. I had a gentleman come out to the farm to give me a quote on new insulation. DAMN....another hottie. I suppose they hire handsome guys to give quotes. It's like George Michael said about the undercover cop that busted him in the mens room "It's not like they send Barney Fife in there".......How true

Thursday, March 20, 2008, 5:06:23 PM- So many....
Thoughts as I drive back and forth to the farm. Today Don Henly was singing the song, "this is the last worthless evening, that you'll have to spend" A song that always strikes a cord with me. Do I see myself as the singer or do I want to be sung to? Well anyway, he got to the line "there's only so many summers baby, just so many springs." And here I am.....My 46th spring. My mom only saw 42 My "son" only saw 22 My best friend J.R. only saw 30 I hope we all appreciate this day we are seeing, we have no idea how many more we might get. So I say live them like your hair is on fire! Run and jump and have joy. If not for you then for people who wish they still could.

Tuesday, March 18, 2008, 12:31:33 PM- Beautiful Snow
A wonderful 6 inches! I don't mind snow this late in the season. Sure....it's a little slushy mushy for a few days. But then it's gone. This is one of those heavy wet snows. I wish the sun was out, it would make some nice pictures. Well, I have to get out to the farm. The plumber is coming. and yes MD....he is hot! (unfortunatly so is his BF...HA)

Monday, March 17, 2008, 5:24:43 PM- oh yeah
As I was driving back from the farm this morning I was struck again by the notion of how lucky I am. Particularly today I felt lucky to appreciate the great time I had in my late teens and early 20's. Those were heady days. Aside from the horror of aids it was a great time to go out and see and be seen. I'm sure every generation has their "moment" but this was mine so....of course it was the best. We used to go to a bar called "first avenue" A great giant old greyhound bus depot converted into a bar. Prince filmed purple rain there so if you saw that you saw the bar. Different bands every night. I saw U2 there when they where nobodies over here.It was everything a bar should be. And the best mix of people. Old and young, gay, straight. No problems. I hope this generation can leave their computers and ps3's long enough to have a time like this. They won't regret it.

I never do my taxes this early. I just hate doing them. I don't mind paying them. I benefit from it and all. And I figure I'm not paying any part of the three trillion this war is estimated to cost. I don't have kids who will have kids who's KIDS will still be paying. Does anybody want my refund? OOhhh and I get an economic stimulus check also!!Yippee
