I just cannot believe it! my brother was diagnosed with a cancerous tumour on his pancreas a few months ago, but was progressing well with the treatment he was being given. This afternoon my parents told me that he had passed away peacefully in his sleep! Apparently the cancer spread very rapidly to his liver and kidneys which caused them to stop functioning. I've lost my husband and now my brother within a few months! Oh well, its so good to know I've got friends on NN to 'talk' to and it is a nice distraction in my life right now.
