it's funny how certain things make you think about other certain things..

i was told the whole time i was growing up that my granny died of a broken heart.....

she was 56.... i was 6....

I was told gran chocked on an egg shell..my whole life I grew up anal about gettin everyyy shell off my eggs ..oi ...brothers lol..she died from breast cancer !

I was told by my grandma that I would die of cancer just like my mom did...so from 17 to 40 I was terrified I would get cancer

My mother was told by her grandmother (my great-grandmother) that she (my GG) would live to see my mother hanged.

My mother is alive and well at 62; my GG died at 97 in 1986.
