Monday, December 16, 2013, 1:23:44 AM- Update
Today is my first day back since my Birthday November 25th and to all that sent Birthday wishes Thank You So on my birthday I was served papers to appear in court to answer for something I was accused of..no sweat lets do this Ive been giving a lot of thought to the people you can count on no matter what the situation, then there are the people who SAY they have your back....those are the ones to be careful of I can almost guarantee you once they get what they want or can get from you BAM.... GONE! and on to the next 'so called' friend they go Family? dont make me laugh that ship sailed long ago, all they have to say is "God doesnt hear people like you" yet when asked they cant give a definition of what exactly is "people like me" I've always prided myself on doing whatever I could to help where I can and will continue to do that as much as possible I will however be much much more careful in how I help as much as who I help, that's for damn sure So to all the people in the world who judge me,use me,lie to me, and THINK you fool me the jokes on you....believe that..and remember this- THROW ME TO THE WOLVES I'LL RETURN LEADING THE PACK. I PROMISE!

Saturday, November 23, 2013, 2:39:38 PM- Try not to pee laughing while reading
ONLY A MAN WOULD ATTEMPT THIS Just try reading this without laughing till you cry!!! Pocket Tazer Stun Gun, a great gift for the wife. A guy who purchased his lovely wife a pocket Tazer for their anniversary submitted this: Last weekend I saw something at Larry's Pistol & Pawn Shop that sparked my interest. The occasion was our 15th anniversary and I was looking for a little something extra for my wife Julie. What I came across was a 100,000-volt, pocket/purse-sized Tazer. The effects of the Tazer were supposed to be short lived, with no long term adverse affect on your assailant, allowing her adequate time to retreat to safety...?? WAY TOO COOL! Long story short, I bought the device and brought it home... I loaded two AAA batteries in the darn thing and pushed the button. Nothing! I was disappointed. I learned, however, that if I pushed the button and pressed it against a metal surface at the same time, I'd get the blue arc of electricity darting back and forth between the prongs. AWESOME!!! Unfortunately, I have yet to explain to Julie what that burn spot is on the face of her microwave. Okay, so I was home alone with this new toy, thinking to myself that it couldn't be all that bad with only two AAA batteries, right? There I sat in my recliner, my cat Gracie looking on intently (trusting little soul) while I was reading the directions and thinking that I really needed to try this thing out on a flesh & blood moving target. I must admit I thought about zapping Gracie (for a fraction of a second) and then thought better of it. She is such a sweet cat. But, if I was going to give this thing to my wife to protect herself against a mugger, I did want some assurance that it would work as advertised. Am I wrong? So, there I sat in a pair of shorts and a tank top with my reading glasses perched delicately on the bridge of my nose, directions in one hand, and Tazer in another. The directions said that: a one-second burst would shock and disorient your assailant; a two-second burst was supposed to cause muscle spasms and a major loss of bodily control; and a three-second burst would purportedly make your assailant flop on the ground like a fish out of water. Any burst longer than three seconds would be wasting the batteries. All the while I'm looking at this little device measuring about 5" long, less than 3/4 inch in circumference (loaded with two itsy, bitsy AAA batteries); pretty cute really, and thinking to myself, 'no possible way!' What happened next is almost beyond description, but I'll do my best. I'm sitting there alone, Gracie looking on with her head cocked to one side so as to say, 'Don't do it stupid,' reasoning that a one second burst from such a tiny lil ole thing couldn't hurt all that bad.. I decided to give myself a one second burst just for heck of it. I touched the prongs to my naked thigh, pushed the button, and... HOLY MOTHER OF GOD. WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION. WHAT THE... !!! I'm pretty sure Hulk Hogan ran in through the side door, picked me up in the recliner, then body slammed us both on the carpet, over and over and over again. I vaguely recall waking up on my side in the fetal position, with tears in my eyes, body soaking wet, both nipples on fire, testicles nowhere to be found, with my left arm tucked under my body in the oddest position, and tingling in my legs! The cat was making meowing sounds I had never heard before, clinging to a picture frame hanging above the fireplace, obviously in an attempt to avoid getting slammed by my body flopping all over the living room. Note: If you ever feel compelled to 'mug' yourself with a Tazer, one note of caution: There is NO such thing as a one second burst when you zap yourself! You will not let go of that thing until it is dislodged from your hand by a violent thrashing about on the floor! A three second burst would be considered conservative! A minute or so later (I can't be sure, as time was a relative thing at that point), I collected my wits (what little I had left), sat up and surveyed the landscape. My bent reading glasses were on the mantel of the fireplace. · The recliner was upside down and about 8 feet or so from where it originally was. · My triceps, right thigh and both nipples were still twitching.. · My face felt like it had been shot up with Novocain, and my bottom lip weighed 88 lbs. · I had no control over the drooling. · Apparently I had crapped in my shorts, but was too numb to know for sure, and my sense of smell was gone. · I saw a faint smoke cloud above my head, which I believe came from my hair. I'm still looking for my testicles and I'm offering a significant reward for their safe return! PS: My wife can't stop laughing about my experience, loved the gift and now regularly threatens me with it! If you think education is difficult, try being stupid!!!!

Monday, November 18, 2013, 6:31:36 AM- YOU GOTTA TRY THIS
You will need a calculator. Follow my instructions exactly and I'll guess your phone number 1. Type in the first 3 digits of your phone number (without the area code) 2. Now multiply it by 80 3. Add 1 to your previous answer 4. Multiply the previous number by 250 5. Add the last 4 digits of your phone number to the previous answer 6. Repeat Step 5 (Yes, AGAIN!) 7. Subtract 250 from your answer 8. Divide your answer by 2 9. What is your answer?

This picture has been used on many things from clock backgrounds to screen savers but I'll bet you had know idea its actual location was in my little state...heres the true story... The Glade Creek Grist Mill is a new mill that was completed in 1976 at Babcock. Fully operable, this mill was built as a re-creation of one which once ground grain on Glade Creek long before Babcock became a state park. Known as Cooper's Mill, it stood on the present location of the park's administration building parking lot. Of special interest, the mill was created by combining parts and pieces from three mills which once dotted the state. The basic structure of the mill came from the Stoney Creek Grist Mill which dates back to 1890. It was dismantled and moved piece by piece to Babcock from a spot near Campbelltown in Pocahontas County. After an accidental fire destroyed the Spring Run Grist Mill near Petersburg, Grant County, only the overshot water wheel could be salvaged. Other parts for the mill came from the Onego Grist Mill near Seneca Rocks in Pendleton County. A living monument to the over 500 mills which thrived in West Virginia at the turn of the century, the Glade Creek Grist Mill provides freshly ground cornmeal and buckwheat flour which park guests may purchase. Visitors to the mill may journey back to the time when grinding grain by a rushing stream was a way of life, and the groaning mill wheel was music to the miller's ear.

The New River Gorge Bridge is the second-highest bridge in the U.S., standing 876 above the New River rapids below. It's also the second-longest single-arch steel span in the world. It took three years to build, and was finished in 1977. The completion of the bridge cut travel time across the gorge from "45 minutes to 45 seconds." The New River Gorge Bridge rapidly became a symbol of West Virginia and was featured on the West Virginia state quarter Once every year, the New River Gorge Bridge is closed to traffic for Bridge Day. On this day, pedestrians can walk across the bridge (it is normally closed to pedestrians) and take in the magnificent views. In addition, BASE jumpers use the bridge as a jumping-off point for parachute leaps. Rappellers attach their ropes to the top of the bridge and carefully make their way down the span

Saturday, October 26, 2013, 4:07:38 PM- response in a nut shell
First let me start by saying working at a family law firm (probably answering phones at best) does not make a person a Psychiatrist or an authority of any kind whatsoever. Now back to the liars and fools thing the liar has spoken and now the fools go to work to protect him once again as usual, perhaps its time the fools wake up and see a pattern here he spews bullshit steps back and watches you go to work to protect him from the truth.....repeat He knows what he has done and so do I afterall Im the one who is woken in the night to cries of 'no' or 'please stop' or simply hear her crying and wake up Now to prove to you Im not the liar here ask him if he and I ever talked on the phone, ask him if I asked him of the accusations made towards him were true, I asked him specific very graphic questions about their past and his ONLY response to it all was 'If I could go back and change things I did I would', thats it no sorry no remorse If you were the friend you claim to be it seems to me youd focus your attention on saving your friend from this monster rather than trying to build him up to be someone he isnt, he knows it, I know it wish you could see it too but maybe hes already gotten in your head as well Ill leave you with one last thing if hes such a wonderful person and you really believe he is then tell me why you would post such a damaging blog to once again protect him yet you block the person he abused for years from being able to say anything in their defense on the same blog? something to hide or just protecting him again?

Saturday, October 26, 2013, 5:18:53 AM- Needs to be said
Ive stood back and watched this all Im going to and now its time to take a stand for whats right If it were your neighbor that was a victim of abuse would you act like you dont see the scars and keep smiling so you dont get involved? If you hear a cry for help will you cover your ears? Do you lay down at night and never let it enter your mind when you offer support behind the scenes but act as if you dont know that same person in a public setting just so you can 'fit in' a certain crowd? If it were you would you want to be treated the same way? And now that its happened will you sit back and watch it all unfold again right in front of you? Theres 2 different people here yet theyre one in the same, the first one you already know the story the 2nd is becoming the new story, the first has to deal with it and live with it on her mind daily to the point that medication and counceling is required, Please if you call yourself a friend to the latest victim reach out to her NOW dont let this happen I see the direct result of the damage on a daily basis and its tragic Stop hiding and speak out dont let it strike again, if nothing else stop it before it happens again

Monday, October 21, 2013, 10:44:58 PM- The Swing
Here it is, the swing, some of you have been here with me in the swing talking or texting sometimes solving a problem for me ans sometimes for you but mostly this is where I sit when having to make a life changing decision 364 days ago I sat in this swing wondering if what I had decided was best for me and sugar was even possible for me You see almost a year ago today I was sitting alone in our living room, sug had already gone to bed and I was having a drink, problem was that it was 3am and Im sitting alone having a drink which wasnt all that uncommon for me in fact more the norm I remember sug waking up and coming in where I was and saying 'Hillbilly what are you doing to yourself' it was then it all made sense to me that this isnt normal or healthy and wasnt going to be good for either of us so something had to change and now was the time we talked a while and I didnt make her a promise I couldnt keep but gave her my word that with her help Id do my best to put an end to a life long addiction. Id beaten addictions far worse than this before so I had to keep reflecting on that and telling myself this to can be beat well to make a long story short after many days sitting in the swing thinking hearing encouragements from friends and with Sugar never letting me get weak or cave in tomorrow marks my as one year clean and sober and with the woman I love and its been awesome I did it and so can you I wont say its easy but if you need someone to lean on gimme a call, We'll sit in the swing and get through anything together
