its actually raining lightly right now! we are under a severe storm warning so im hoping it comes. we have only had 3mm of rain since mid june, and need it badly. big change from last summer when all it did was rain! its not going to change the temp, but if we get enough it will lift the water restrictions. keep your fingers crossed!

the temp got to 44c or 110f today, i felt like doing NOTHING! so didnt get to the pms, sigh. the rest of this week and most of next is supposed to be more of the same. before you clean up the puddles in chat just check to make sure its not me you are mopping up k? (not that anyone ever cleans up in there...)

its almost 9pm and the temp according to my thermometer is 96f or 38c. we have had only a few days since the beginning of june that are "seasonal" the heat and humitidity are killing us. no one wants to eat we all feel like shit, thanks to the lovely smog that travels north with the heat. i'll take -40c/f any day. you can only get so naked, but in the cold you can bundle up and snuggle up. this just sucks! i want my canadian weather back!

my son has a facination with all machines. we have a landscape co come to do the lawn. he calls them the "lawn guys" so while he was surfing this afternoon he typed in what he thought was "lawn guys".
luckily he called me before he clicked anything, because what he had actually typed in was
"lone gays"
pop up hell narrowly averted...
