Nothing thrills the hearts of children everywhere when they hear the words "snow day". Just about every child in my state is doing a happy dance today. And just about every adult is groaning as they get out their shovels, snowblowers and plows. I'm trying to stay on the child's side but the storm is not even half over.

As a kid so long ago..I remember the
snow days...til they started the makeup days being on a saturday...that really was not good

Not even winter and we've been hit here hard and often with the snow. I'm sick of it already. :(

I just can't imagine, having to shovel snow, just so as you could get out the front door. Lucky for me, we don't have snow in my part of OZ.

oh my dear lord!! Im freezing just looking at it!!

and here I am....freezing cold with a jacket on at 73F lol
