kittenmmm's blog post - Up and at it

Well today is another day and regardless of my back ache, tiredness etc.., I have stuff to do.
I wanted to do a quick update before jumping in the shower. Wasband and I reached a very quick and amicable agreement, covering just about everything. I typed it up and we signed 4 copies ... one for each of us and our lawyers. Yesterday I presented it to my lawyer who was somewhat shocked that we were so good. She says all people should be like us and realize that the children should come first. I reiterated that this really has nothing to do with us at this point, that everything we decided was in the best interest of our son.
She added one thing we had forgotten but already agreed upon and also stated that it needed to be put in "legalize" but copies would be sent to me and his lawyer.
Beyond that I have to run over to the courthouse to see the clerk for a waiver for a parenting class that is required for all divorcing parents in CT. Apparently the initial waiver I filled out was only for court costs...I have to do another one for the class. It's the SAME form but apparently we need tons of copies floating around because God forbid, we not kill more trees. At any rate I have to do that then schedule my class. Wasband already went and enjoyed it immensely (haha). Actually he wondered why he was there...couples fighting with each other, bitching about each other..etc..,
Beyond that I need some hay so I'll have to arrange to go for a ride with my neighbor in her truck...then there's milking out Brie who let Mimolette freeze to death...the guinea pig and the chicken cages to clean...trying to put up another fence panel because the goats have discovered an escape....no rest for the wicked or pmsing I guess.

Good thing its a nice day out so I won't be freezing on top of everything. Note to self: wear the waterproof boots today...
