1. goats who do not want to go back in their pens will not despite your best efforts
2. tracking goats' escape pattern is easier than it sounds
3. keeping goats from further escape will probably cost much more moolah than you have
4. waterproof boots are no longer waterproof thanks to whatever managed to fall on them and eat through the rubber.
5. it's very warm...and you don't need a coat when chasing goats
6. I'm never going to get to the courthouse at this rate
7. I need dry shoes to get to the court house
8. you cannot take a shower and expect the goats not to escape while you are doing so
I think I'll stop there because I've barely made it to the afternoon hours....
I need a lobotomy

Point by point thoughts...
1. ... then your goat must be half-mule... the rear part, I'm guessing. So, you have a stubborn half-ass goat.
2. ... I prefer when goats have a fabric pattern... plain is good.
3. Goats can't escape a stewpot or fine china. Just a though.
4. Don't you hate when the rubber breaks? I do.
5. No fair! If goats have a coat, then you should too!
6. Courthouses are full of old goats anyway, so you stick to the farm variety.
7. I usually need a car to get to the court house, but fitness is good too.
8. I'd shower with the goats... But I hear Woolite isn't so good for human hair as it is for goat hair. Besides, it would make for some interesting coffee talk.
:) Smile hun... today is just one a number of days we try out to see if it all fits.

Sprinkle a little curry powder around the perimeter of the goat pen, that might keep them in. :)

Funny, sounds a lot like our boys when they were little, very good at escaping, by climbing over the side gate.
One morning my wife (in the shower) heard the gate bang, rushed out the front door with just a towel wrapped around her, dripping wet, and had to chase our youngest son down the street. He was about 2 at the time and starkers.

Goat is a very tasty meat - especially with curry powder!
