I think I was grinding my teeth last night. I have woken up with a sore jaw and neck and an ouchy head. Damn it sucks. Anyone else have this sort of problem? I think I need to go find some Tylenol ASAP.

I do that too, my dentist can tell by looking at my teeth. I think they can give you something to wear at night but I haven't gotten that far.
