The holiday frenzy has set in for me. I can feel it. I am consumed with the thoughts of baking and cooking. I find my mind wandering and pondering various cookie recipes. I get this way this time of year. I am a hardcore baker and in short order I will be churning out batches of cookies and batch after batch of home made caramel corn - my specialty. Friends have already put their orders in so I need to get cracking. I will be living in my kitchen the next 5 days or so, look for me there if you want me. I will be the short one in the apron covered in flour.
Now I must excuse myself as I need to make a gingerbread cake and then put up my first batch of caramel corn before I have to run the carpool.
