The men in our lives are the luckiest bastards in the world. At least that’s what all their buddies think when they find out that their wives and girlfriends are swingers. After all the idolizing, praise and high fives are complete, the first thing they want to know is “How did you convince her to do it?” That’s the first sign that the possibility of fulfilling their fantasy and getting their wives or girlfriends to swing will probably only end up being a hopeless dream.
Think of a time when someone tried to “convince” you of something. How did you react? Even if there is an interest, most people become hesitant, doubtful and even suspicious if they feel like they’re being talked into something, which then leads to a stronger resistance. This is especially true for women when dealing with men. The trust factor flies out the window with the feeling that he’s trying to take advantage of her to get something he wants, and that he’s only looking out for himself. Just because she’s your wife or girlfriend doesn’t mean this same principle doesn’t apply to her!
