Socially bankrupt, chronically unemployable and wallowing in an inert sea of self-pity. I am 53 and I live with my mom in her basement. I applied for a job at one of those stupidly big chain stores as a door nazi 3 weeks ago. I am still waiting to hear back from them. I tend to go about things the hard way, I smile at a pretty girl then scour the Missed Connections on CL in the futile hopes they want to speak to me again. I guess I wasted all that money on "30 Days to a Better You, Be Your Own Best Friend" and other Six-Pack Chopra books du jour. I shop at "As Seen on TV". Maybe I will see you there.
