I'm about to do an even-worse thing: I watched it most of the season (when I could). The twins who each lost as much as one person... OMG! One last 168 lbs and the other lost 164 lbs... good lord! :)

couples biggest loser starts jan 1st! LOL I only caught the last 5 min of the show last night- didn't see any of this season
