It can vary down to almost 3" long and the head retracted to where it looks like I am uncut! Actually I am circumcised!

Most times it is about 3.75-4" when soft, like it is in the second picture. The girth is close to 4" too.

In its semi state it can be around 5" long and 4.25" around, but that size can vary depending how "semi erect" it is!
