Hello friends.
Today is "2nd World Day for Decent Work"...
So far I have not taken this side of personality here, but today I find the ideal day ... I'm not interested in politics, a symbol or other, what bothers me is the injustice, and I think during these times of crisis, these injustices are growing like mushrooms...

For a variety of circumstances, the company where I work, I am representing a majority union, I deal with, representing workers in negotiations between management and us... a few months ago already reached agreement on a wage increase and a work schedule for 2009, we are more or less well, but...

Business associations, just in Spain , are blocked more than 1,500 collective agreements, the queues at the employment offices are growing daily, there are many people who have exhausted their benefits and have nothing to live for... representatives financial bodies (on the other side responsible for the current world situation) are determined to bring solutions that always goes through wage restraint and flexible working (anyone can take to the streets, without any compensation). It seems that these are not proper solutions, governments worldwide have pumped large sums of money what about the big salaries that financial institutions give their top executives? Why make us pay us something we have not provoked. I think if families do not have money to spend, how we will boost the economy?

Perhaps this is something deep and complex for a mind like mine, but I do not understand...
