i have read been reading the blogs about my friends and their experience with sexual assualt. every word i read about the violence they have endured just tears my heart out. and i am so thankful that my family was so protective of me and that i did not suffer the violence. and i am so amazed at all of the people who have not made the experience define them, rather they grown beyond it and not allowed them to be a victim or defined by the violence.
