I went to an exhibition today called "It's our earth". It was about the earth's ecosystem, global warming, pollution, etc. It was interesting in many ways, but one particular statistic sticks in my mind... Each year, humans as a whole consume 5250 cubic kilometers of water. I don't know about you, but I can't even fathom a cubic kilometer of water, let alone 5250...

Divide that number by 6.1 billion... it's infinitessimally small, but still a lot.
