For 2010:
- lose 25kg (or a good chunk of it) - run 2 to 3 times a week - lift weights 2 to 3 times a week - spend less time on the internet while at work, therefore doing less 'overtime' and getting home at a normal hour - doing household chores more regularly instead of waiting for everything to pile up - be more organised (less clutter) and structured, and follow through what I start - refrain from giving too much negative criticism, especially at work when talking about colleagues
