If it were up to me, the person who invented 'coaching' and 'team building' deserves a one-way ticket to eternal damnation...
A full day of group coaching, being 'honest' and 'open' and 'constructive' while nothing useful comes of it, it's REALLY not my cup of tea.
And it gave me a splitting headache...
And my period started today...
And when I came home, I realised that I had forgotten that my in-laws were coming to visit tonight...

One of those days

I think everyone has those does where you just want to tell people to FUCK OFF! lol.

I also wanted to add that your english skills are very good. I know English is a global language these days but it still surprises me when people from overseas have such a good grasp on it as you seem to have.
