Watching The Voice of Belgium, a rendition of La Nuit, the original being by Adamo, I was impressed by the performance of the two candidates. Blown away.

At the same time, the song sounded familiar to me, which is unusual because I don't listen to much French music. So this morning I decided to listen to the original. Not only a great song, but suddenly it hit me why I recognised it. I used to play a CD by Adamo regularly at my grandmother's house, for a particular famous song I wanted to hear, but suddenly I knew that this song must have also been on it. And I felt tears sting in my eyes at this memory, memories are all I have left.

I don't usually post music videos, but I'll make an exception...
