I give up, I'm at my wits end. I don't know how many times and in which other ways I can repeat "too much work, not enough people" to my boss so she will finally understand. She added another task to our overflowing task list today. And instead of getting extra staff, it has been decided that one of our staff members will not be replaced during her maternity leave (6 months). So we're going from 3 to 2 people, instead of going from 3 to 4. Maybe because she had a burnout, she wants everyone else to have one too? Trying to think of something cheerful to say... Not really working out for me, so I'll let my pictures do the talking. We started our second hike with reasonable weather and temperatures. ![]() But as we climbed we ended up in a different landscape, not what we expected in May. Hiking a mile in snow up to our knees, quite tiring... But beautiful. ![]() On our third walk, we saw a lovely cabin with a frozen lake in the background. ![]() It's hard to beat the fjords for pretty lighting: ![]() ![]() |
