Rough stuff. The loudmouth looked high. Sometimes it looks like a person is just begging for a beatdown, like they feel deep down that they deserve one. I mean, he just keeps going at it verbally at this other guy, then asks him to smack him. What could he expect as an outcome? Sad, but psychologically fascinating.

What i find interesting is the psychology of those who stand around and record this kind of trash. And then feel the need to share it with the world.

And yet if push came to shove, no witnesses would be found if it was unprovoked attack, strange time we live in, and I must ask the penultimate question, did he pay for that can he used ;)
