When I think of you,
I think of the most glorious sunset.
The kind you see on postcards from far away islands;
where the water is tranquil and serene.
As darkness begins to set on the horizon,
the ambience from the light is so surreal
that it takes your breath away
and though it's setting softly yet quickly in the distance.
You know that it will appear again ..
upon a new day ... as a sunrise ... with even brighter light
until it slips back into the sunset that you adore.
You are my tranquility.
My darkness,
My light.
You take my breath away.
In my eyes,
You are my perfect sunset.
