thebody2nv's blog post - Thought I'd give this blogging thing a try

Still recovering from a painful Thanksgiving weekend, Tore a pec muscle on Saturday, most painful injury I think I've ever had, The whole left side of my chest is purple, and have no movement in my left arm. The worst part is the 6-8 weeks of doing nothing, I'm gonna go fucking nuts.

This is kinda like talking to myself, I kinda like it. I'll give it a try for a week or two and see what happens.

the best part is when you start answering yourself.

Don't feel tempted to do anything for the whole 6-8 weeks. My brothers boss tore an arm muscle and then retore it and now its totally fucked.

You have to keep thinking that it's *only* 6-8 weeks. Cause if you hurt it worse, it'll be alot longer! Besides, now you have more time to take some more pics for me to admire ;)

I have to agree with the sentiments expressed already - don't rush. If you feel like you need advice on doing nothing feel free to PM me. I've been doing nothing for over a year now and it still feels weird.
