Well it's been snowing all morning, so needless to say, it's colder than a witches tit in a snowstorm. Hey where's that stud Mdguy? He was gonna send me to Aruba, Can we leave now? Even my heart isn't this cold
I worked out a bit this morning, first time since the tear, my shoulder and arm were pretty stiff, but just getting the blood flowing around the tear felt pretty good. Stretching it hurt a bit at first but loosened up as I went along, Mrs. Body wasn't too happy with me though, "are you supposed to be doing that?" I didn't do anything with weight, pretty much just sat on a pec machine and went thrugh the movements. I can see this is gonna be a veeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrry long road
