Well it's sunday Morning, and as on most Sundays Mrs. Body is off to church (I'm not allowed in, they're afraid they'll be struck by lightning) so I'm left alone to do my Sunday morning ritual. That includes going to a quaint little breakfast place, where everyone knows me. Makes it kinda nice. I usually have breakfast and then go workout and clear my head.

Breakfast was nice but the gym kinda sucked, it's a little depressing. It was the first time back to the gym where I was injured,I've been going to my other gym the last couple of times I went. Anyway everyone who saw me wanted to talk and know all about it, see the tear etc,etc. I've been going to this particular gym for 15 years, so everyone knows who I am, but it also makes it hard to tell the story over and over. These are all wonderful people and some of them I've known since they were in the nursery there, but it's frustrating enough to be in there and not being able to do much, but to have to talk about it at the same time makes it even harder. The people are genuinly concerned so I'm very cordial and nice, smile, say Thank You, but inside it's hard, real hard. I've never been injured like this, so I'm having a hard time with it and it's only been a week. God I hope I don't sound arrogant because these people really care, It's just me that doesn't know how to handle it??

Anyway I was able to do a pretty good shoulder workout, albeit really light, and (don't tell Mrs. Body) but I did some flys with 5lb dumbells just to see where I was. It hurt a bit at first but it loosened up after a couple of sets. I was also able to do some bicep work wich was nice, but the elbow still hurts quite a bit. I'm back to the chiropractor tomorrow though so he should make that feel a bit better then.

i understand. i worked in gyms for a long time and it was always tougher with an injury. get better soon....which means REST...a word I doubt is in your vocab. :)

as aps said above me pal...REST dammit!...there's still plenty of time left once you've healed..

question: why does the elbow hurt? is that related to the pec injury?
