This is quite a good night. Just got done working out with Mrs.Body and my son, I love it when my son works out with us!!!!! We did legs tonight, the first time since the tear last week, it felt really weak, but it felt good to move and stretch things a bit. Getting a lil blood in it actually made it feel pretty good

Anyway I digress, Now I sit here perving a bit, watching Mrs.Body read her new novel. The boy is down stairs in his room. The smell of dinner wafting in the air, I'm starving. VEEBS and She Bop both blogged about food, not helping any. It's nice and quiet, and it's only 9:00. I remember when I used to just be leaving to go out at 9:00, SHIT I must be getting old. I just don't care *grins*

Exits very hungry and getting ready to eat, dinner and Mrs.B
