Gift PremiumOdd yet delightfully intriguing. Morbid yet very very sweet. Sarcasm is part of who I am.....deal with it.

Thursday, December 25, 2014, 4:46:48 PM- Happy Holidays.
My wish to all is the hope that you shared some lovely moments with family and friends. I hope that you remembered loved ones who have come and gone from your lives. They are still a part of your holiday celebrations. During special times, we cannot extinguish the thoughts of wanting those we miss around us, so their memories are cherished and shared in stories of laughter, tears and smiles. Next week, next month and next year, the memories you made over the holidays will become fodder for many days to come. I hope that you made, created and provided wonderful moments for others to pass down through the years. Hugs to all. Merry Christmas xoxoxoox

Wednesday, December 24, 2014, 5:37:29 AM- I can't take that chance................
That is what he said. I really can't blame him....lol Here is the back story. When I was in my teen years, my Sister G (God Rest her Soul) taught me how to unwrap a gift and put it back together. It takes a slow hand and crafty mind to learn how to do it perfectly...*giggles* So, for many years I did just that. Unwrapped years and years of Christmas gifts. After I met the the man I would soon marry, I did the same when we moved in together and then got married. I continued on even when we spent our holidays with the in laws. During the next relationship, I did the same with his gifts...lol. It didn't matter who it was that gave me the gift or where I was, if I was in the house where my Christmas gifts were, I would delicately and artfully open them and then put them back together. Then one night in 2010 as I was a bit tipsy, I divulged my naughty side. Whhyyyyyyyyyyy did I do that!!!! Ever since I confessed my sins, my sons and their Dad will not put my gifts under the tree until minutes before I wake up or when I am in the shower. I have my own room here at the house and they won't let me out until the gifts are under the tree....hahaha. How could they!!! Earlier tonight, I asked the ex if he wanted me to help him put some of the gifts under the tree. My statement was met with hysterical laughter and a flip of his finger as he uttered "I can't take that chance" I highly doubt that I would change my ways when it comes to sneaking peeks at my Christmas gifts. I should go to gift un-wrappers anonymous, but I haven't admitted that I have a problem......tee hee hee.

Sunday, December 21, 2014, 7:50:06 PM- Well, that was weird.
****It was just a glitch caused by someone else. ****All is well. Turns out I wasn't bad. Well, I am bad....*giggles* But I wasn't censored. But what ever it was, it has been fixed. Thank you for reversing what was initiated. I have no clue why I was muted for about 10 hours. If it is what I think it is, I won't apologize for it....lol. As a wise man once said "I y'am what I y'am and that's all that I y'am" At this point the suspected reason is speculation. Either way, someone must have discovered that it was a mistake. I'll just consider it a blip and move on. Blip, mistake, on purpose? Even though it was about 10 hours (or less) it was a proud moment to be a part of the elite muted members. Do I get a badge for it? *giggles*

Sunday, December 21, 2014, 1:15:54 AM- I am hoping............................
To catch up on the blogs and the answer the messages that have been waiting for the last month or so. Things have been so busy and here is so much to mention, but I cannot do that at this time. There have been sporadic moments in which I log on and do a hit and run on NN. Those moments of levity have brought smiles to my face. Since the new position, I wake up early and go to bed early. Which is kind of good considering my knee and ribs are still mending. So basically work has xxxxxx me to slow down....hahahah With work, training, the doctors appointments, taking care of the boys, their Dad (who is ill) and some emergencies with the future daughter in law, I have needed those smiles. And then when I saw the blogs that Guitartxn and VTCali posted....well......my smile was hurting my cheeks. Right now I am in Orange County for a break. Well, my kind of a break...lol. I have cooked my sons favorite pot roast and we are about to eat and then head to the movies. The holidays are my time to remember my past joys and create new joys to remember. Sunday I will sleep in and hopefully while I am still in bed, I will get to the blogs and the emails. For now, I just want to say that I look forward to flirting and perving on NN while I am on a holiday. xoxoxoxoxoxxoxoxoxooxoxoxoxox

Tuesday, December 9, 2014, 1:32:57 AM- Complaints.
It seems that one of the applicants who wanted the position given to me has filed a complaint of racism. His race will not be named, but let's just say he is a younger non Caucasian male. I think that he has some nerve, considering the fact that he has no idea about me or how I obtained the job. I had applied for this position and promotion 2 times before I was chosen to be worthy of it. Each time I was referred but not hired. Did I go off the deep end? No! Did I file a complaint of racism or discrimination? No! I could have brought up some complaints because I had seniority, but I didn't. I picked up my disappointment and moved on. I thought to myself "How can I make myself more competitive? This person chaps my hide because he feels entitled due to his race. Because my family is of mixed race, I am far from a racist, but dang it!...this man needs to understand that just because he screams his color from the top of his lungs, it doesn't mean he gets the job. I have no clue what is going to happen. If he screams and threatens loud enough, they could very well appease him and give him my job. With what is happening now with racial tensions, that could very well happen. It sucks when some people use their race to get ahead, instead of their brains, education and experience. I worked hard, put in the time, studied continuously and dedicated myself religiously to get what I have. Now some self entitled pompous cry baby just may ruin it. *shakes head*

Friday, December 5, 2014, 6:04:48 AM- A romantic mood.
Kiss me with your eyes. Touch me with your words. Sing to me with your heart. Feel me from a distance. Hear me when there's no sound. Keep me in your soul. Your entire body should feel the emotions of being in love. I will not settle for anything less.

Tuesday, December 2, 2014, 5:56:53 AM- Sister M called and shared her turkey moment.
Sister M wanted to try a spin on the Turducken craze and came up with her own creation. She shoved a ham up the turkeys ass and called it a Hurkey. She thought it would be tasty. I asked her how it went and she said that her Hurkey made people hurl. I laughed at her, which made her cry, which made me laugh even more and then she laughed. You have to give her credit for trying. She said after the guests were feeling better, they all had Hot Buttered Rum and shared memories of prior holiday fiascos. It's amazing how a group hurling can bring you closer to the ones you love. It isn't the food that make a gathering go well, it's those who gather around the meal.
