The past 2 years Fitness and meditation have completely turned my life around. I lost weight gained muscles and improved my mental health, It lead me to become calmer and open minded sexually. I'm now able to look at my body and fell proud of home much stronger and healthier I am, noticing constant improvements. So now I'm making myself step further and further outside my comfort zone, learning about social nudity massage and sexual openness with more people.
