Firstly those of you that use the PM system may have noticed that you can now send PICS and VIDS as attachments to your PM. How cool is that I ask.

The other feature is that you can now include images in your blog!!!

Eg:

to do this all you need to do is use the commonly accepted forum syntax;
[img]http://your.image.url/pic.jpg[/img]

So people! Liven up your blogs now with pics!

Hi Guys, well we know its been a while since we've added any signifigant new features to the site. While we never have a problem thinking of new stuff to do - it's always nice to get some ideas from you guys.. So - what would you like to see in the comming months on the site?

Hi There, just wanted to let you guys all know that we'd love to get our alexa rank above 10,000 What that means is that we will be in the top 10,000 of all web sites world wide.

So - please if you run a site - link to us. If you don't just tell as many of your friends that you can.

Lets see just how big we can grow the NN community.

Ok People - get excited. We have started planning this week for the 1st global NN members convention. We have not confirmed it yet, but we are leaning towards MIAMI FLORIDA in summer of 2005. We will have a practice smaller convention for aussie members in the AU summer (late 2004 - early 2005).

We want the NNMC to be a big event, so big in fact that it gets worldwide media attention. To make it beig we are gonna have to spend a shitload of cash on it - and to do that we will need to charge a premium for tickets. You won't be dissapointed though becuase we are going to make sure there is at least a 50-50 girls to guys ratio. Plus we want to get some famous people there..

We have today put up a poll to determine the dress code - and alot of other issues will be decided using the poll.

To help get this massive event organised, I want to take nominations for members to be involved in the organising committee, committee members will of course get free entry to the event. I am thinking around 5 people should be all we need, people that have had experience with organising events or fundraising, marketing expertise etc. So please nominate yoursleves or other members for committee postitons and lets get rolling!

To nominate, please send me a PM listing the persons name ur nominating and their expereince that is relevant. Please also include their geographic location. You may nominate yourselves.

Ok - we have now provided a photo management tool for deleting pics and comments. It is only for premium members, cause we need to encourage more people to sign up for premium - c'mon guys it's cheap and the more of you that do it the more the site will improve (I know - ur thinking; can it get any better?) - Please provide feedback on the photo manager here!

Hi All - it's been a while since I have penned here. Been really busy with the "day job" lately so not too much dev work on NN of late. Really hope more of you sign up for premium so me an NN-J can ditch our day jobs and do NN full time. On another note - check the latest poll. Hi guys - just a quick rant on the use of multiple identities. I know a number of you are doing this both in profiles and the chat room, but I am not sure why. My feeling is that you are misleading or defrauding your fellow NN members if you represent yourself with more than one identity - and on top of that you distort the numbers relating to actual members. (to a v small degree admittedly) So, to those who are doing this - please re-consider your actions, I think there is a certain level of trust on the site that people are who they claim to be (on pics esp.) so please only be one!

Hi Guys, NN's success depends on our continual growth. Growth in traffic means more members joining up - more profiles - more pics and more fun. So if you can't support us financially by becoming premium members, then please post a link on your site to ours - or if you don't have a site - then just post a link to us on the forums you like to read.
