"Dragged" is the past tense of the verb to drag.

"Drug" is, broadly speaking, any substance that, when absorbed into the body of a living organism, alters normal bodily function.

The two words are NOT interchangeable.

They are interchangeable where I come from. Nothing gets "dragged" around here, but a lot of things get drug around all the time. :)
