If you were in your back yard going up the hill into a semi wooded area and see a makeshift shelter with your yard furniture wouldn't you call the cops? I know it's not an emergency and I clearly stated it wasn't but still that is trespassing and uhmmm an unfortunate person needed shelter that he took in my yard. How we didn't notice sooner is beyond me, ya can't really see it til ya go up the hill a bit and look to the left. but it couldn't have been there too long. He/they cleared all the debri layed cardboard boxes(from my recyle bin) and laid it out like rugs against a huge rock with an open crevice large enough to keep your head under the rock, used scrap siding from my yard to cover the gaps from the branches all around it kinda resembled a tp of sorts. But for the cops to be bothered and mad acting like it was not a big deal really bothered me. My street expresses neighborhood watch, don't hesitate to call blah blah blah. The friggin cops were more concerned with a ladder we have up on the side of the house. wtf are you kidding me. So someone shacking up in my yard is of no concern, who ever it was had pizza for dinner last night, The pieces were still there and didn't look days old as were broken beer bottles. He/ they walked down in to my yard enough times to make their own path...that's eerie that we havent seen or heard them. WE've always had peeps cutting thru our yard mostly the local teenagers,but enough is enough you can not live in my yard even if its in the woods. I took my yard furniture back down into the yard. Makes me sad to think someone had to go thru all this for a place to sleep....
I hope he doesn't get too mad when he comes back later and finds the shack dismantled. Its creeping me out thinking of taking the trash out my back door im going to feel like someone is watching me, I'll be staring up inot the left of the woods everytime now. I think of the noises I assumed were raccoons, we have some big suckers!Never fails always knocking the abrrels down lol I don't think it was always the family of racoons i was hearing in the yard!
Well I was going to blog about having a blanket draped slightly over my naked body when Hubby and Smooth walked by the bedroom lastnight...
But the makeshift shack in my yard won the blog for today! lmao
