and its not the way ya thinking! lol My SOn wanted to do his Science Fair project on Why must fire have air to burn. I've been trying to convince him otherwise So during school vacation this past week we were able to persuade him with the idea of doing a project about the human body, a life size cut out of him Man he was so ticklish when we traced him! All the parts of the body moves we even made kneecaps, ears and ankles so his feet could be flat on the ground!We even bought a hair elastic with strands of hair on it to glue on the head! We were discussing which way to go from there. The skeletal system, name the organs, etc when all of a sudden my Son says Mom so what's the hypothesis of this and what is my conclusion to be?? HUH? Uhmm do ya need one? MOm I need an experiment...
WTF are you kidding me?? I read the notices regarding it and the extensive selection sheet and I'm certain I saw an anatomy section...
In his school folder which I didn't check on the last day of school before vacation( my own stupid fault)was the"booklet" explaining how to set up for a great experiment and how to research Make your hypothesis and draw your conclusion. Doesn't matter if your experiment fails as long as you show your research and progress of work.

I read the other papers hung on the fridge regarding project ideas. Nope nada about anatomy how did I come up with that?
They were just suggestions but now I'm totally dumbfounded how to work this in. Any suggestions out there? It can't be all that complex needs, to be coming from an advanced 3rd grader.
Any help would be greatly appreciated if ya think of anything!
And to add to be screwed Hubby and Son took a break and went to the movies while I found that new info out regarding project. I called asking if they were there yet he said almost why. I suggested they unfortunately should skip the movie and come how and start on the Fire Project I was so apprehensive about! But Nope they were going to the movies. My Son had done a lot of reading research on it already and had the idea of taking pictures and such and how he would present it. And yes it's on the list. But I think he could do something so much better. Two week ago when we had to discuss and decide which topic I thought he was going to do it about phases of the moon or solar energy but then fire got in his brain and has been adamant ever since. Well of to do some searching as to how we can use the life size fully moving cardboard cutout and have it work with his project. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!!
