But now the fucker keeps filling up with water. Why doesn't J do in instructablog about hole digging?

Oh yeah, the big fat power line for the house is right in the middle of the hole filled with water.

If it's filling up with clean water, you've found your leak.
You need to isolate area.
Shut off water at well, (or put shut off valve right after pipe picks water from well), and then fix leak.

duhhhhh! 3 blogs ago, you mentioned the leak...and you're surprised to find the hole filled with water?????

I'm not a physics-major, (but I did say in a Holiday Inn last night)...I'm pretty sure that you prolly SHOULD find some water if you've been digging in a place where there is a leak. :P

Rent a trencher, dig a new line...lay some pipe, and cap the old one off.

See, if there would be winter like I wished for the other day... you only had to dig out one huge piece of ice - so much easier.. but noooo, you insisted on summer and your first tomato! ;)
