Been a rough go lately here. Mrsdc's grandfather, who is 93, spent most of last week in the hospital with pneumonia and sepsis. The day he came home Grandma had what the doctors called a "micro stroke". That was Thursday.
Friday her dad had knee replacement surgery. He seemed to be doing okay and then Saturday night his heart monitor went off. Staff came in to check and he was having a heart attack.
Long story short, he's got "numerous" blockages and is going to have open heart surgery on Friday. They wanted him up and walking on the new knee before they did surgery.
This is all on top of mrsdc's own health issues (pneumonia and some other stuff going on) and needless to say she's a bit of a wreak right now.
No complaining just letting those out there who thought they were alone in hard times know that we're right there with them. LOL
