my thoughts were all good... depots blog just got me wondering about moms and their children ....kids that a parent does wonder about their sexual orientation...

do all moms wonder??? or do all moms really know and still wonder?? and then do the children know how much time is spent by the parent thinking... i think about all my kids for sure...but i think of al more... stuff like does he know...does he know that he can talk to me about anything.. i tell him all the time.... when he's called a derogatory name at school how does he really feel....why doesn't he tell me when that happens...does he know that i question and does that bother him....i think about when he was a little boy..barbies always barbies...i think about how adulthood will be for him...i think about how he's only ever hung out with girls... always...
and then i wonder... and while typing this i had another thought...i've never ever questioned bob and tikka's sexual preference... did i just give myself the answer??

al's a super great kid.... maybe someday you will all know him...cause i'm sure he'll be a famous hairdresser to the stars!

I can tell you that I wanted to be alone with my journey. It was a different time though....no will and grace for me. I think when the time comes Al will be ready to talk....till then you need to keep being the great mom you are. Straight kids don't talk to their parents about their budding sexuality either!

hapy..if there is one thing i do know,its thats your a legendary mummy! and im sure al knows this too...its aweful when u feel like your on the outside..i think the answer here is to just love him like ya doing! mwah supermum xxxxxxxx

my mum (especially at the moment) tells me she knows how i feel...i'm a complex chick! she doesnt know at all but i can sometimes open up to her. we used to be soo close that i felt i couldnt breath at times...it doesnt feel that your kids have that issue, maybe its because i'm from a single parent family there i had to identify with the same sex parent never got the chance to go through the electra complex...lol damn me and my psychology! at least you are there for him and support his decisions, my best mate has to hide his sexuality from his mum, he kinda told her in sept...she told him that her and her husband would move away and never speak to him again unless he stopped being gay! at least you care hun...sorry its a long comment! hugs xxx
