so my first patient just kept staring at me ... kinda unnerving ... he kept saying i can't believe how different you look ... you look 10 years younger.... okay i'll take that but quit staring.. freaking me out....when i got him back to the chair he said he wanted to tell me something but didn't want to piss me off.... i was like what you won't piss me off... he said you have something right there kinda hangin out your nose.... i fuckin freaked... screamed and ran.... when he yells april fools.... i told him he was frickin rotten and told the doc to show no mercy with the shots..... lol....

al's doing well way to good with the teeth out... was hoping it would put him down and out for a couple days ... no such luck he's sassy as ever....

i worked for the most part by myself today.. the other asst. well she just pounded the last nail in her coffin ... soon as we can find someone she's out... called in sick at the very least 9 times and she doesn't even have her 90 days in ... crazy

got my nails and toes done today and they are cute cute cute...
