MMMMMMMMMMM mushrooms sauteed in butter and cream sherry with onions... or chilled beets in red wine vinegar- love them both but think the shrooms score a bit higher...

/me votes MUSHROOMS .. sauteed in LOTS of butter untill just clear... dont over cook and must peel them... serve and eat hot before they go soggy.... failing that magic mushrooms is good...hmmmm beets ... pffffft

Beets on occasion but mushrooms sauteed in butter with garlic and dumped on a grilled steak. Everytime.

mushrooms gross...beets yes but only pickled ones lol
