LOL. My wife has a box labelled "memories" with a bunch of clothes she'll never wear, but wants to keep. It's up in the attic. Our kids'll throw it away when we die. :)

Sis, I have a circa 1975 polyester black and white slinky dress that I still wear to this day. It never went out of style....so you keep what ever you want. But as my sons always say....be prepared to be oood or awed..........and maybe possbile laughed at.

Some pieces are a part of our past...there is no throwing them away.

If you want to keep it, but not wear it, have them framed... a way to keep the memory and get rid of the clutter.

I still have my senior year (82) shirt, signed by most of my classmates. I could never throw it out. It's like a collection of memories from high school.
