Friday, November 3, 2006, 6:33:08 PM- It is soooooooooooooooo easy

to make me happy. Remember the great bathroom renovation back in the summer? Well one thing has been driving me insane ever since then. I was only able to strip most of the wall paper off behind the toilet and there were little sticky outty bits. These would not be noticable to anyone, BUT I knew they were there, which is enough to make me crazy.
Today the guys finally came to replace the bathroom tiles and they had to take the toilet out. Yup, you guessed it, as soon as they left to get more equipment in I ran and peeled off the last of that annoying wall paper.
Happy as hell the sticky outty bits are history!!!

I am prepared for halloween now. We just finished carving the pumpkins, and considering the turkey fiasco at thanksgiving I did pretty damn good with the knife

My daughter decided she didnt want to carve hers but would rather have it made into a pumkin pie. My house stinks like pumpkin! Two burning jack o lanterns, roasting pumpkin seeds and a pumpkin cooking in the oven in anticipation of getting lennys pumpkin pie recipe.

I had to walk down to the store to drop off a movie and pick up a few things. I got there twice as fast as I normally do. Coming back facing into that wind was something else. My eyes were watering, my ears hurt and at times I came to a dead stop it was so powerful. And of course it had to start with ice pellets, those suckers hurt!!

there are many "regulars" who are greeted accordingly with either hugs, snogs, shogs, xxxx's or xoxoxox's and in some cases licks.
What I find amusing is the number of X's or the x's in combo with a hug and snog is used to "classify" for lack of a better word popularity.
Heaven forbid you hug or XXX someone and it isnt returned with at least equal ardour.
