there is such a thing as too much turkey.
you can have a chat almost as fast via pm as you can in the chat room.
57 channels and there is nothing on is so true but when you have no cable there is less than nothing.
you can incorporate all the skills you have used on NN into a reasonable resume.
one nudle isn't worth the strap on a bag.
photo ops abound but it can require the sychronization of watches.
landing strip seems to be the popular vote.
and you really do learn something new everyday.

Remember the following Norse fable the next time you sneak a smooch under the mistletoe: Frigga, goddess of love and beauty, wanted to make the world safe for her son, Balder. Everything on earth promised to do him no harm except the one plant Frigga overlooked, mistletoe. Loki, an evil spirit, made an arrow from the mistletoe's wood and killed Balder. Frigga's tears became the plant's white berries and revived her son. In her gratitude, Frigga promised to kiss anyone who passed under the mistletoe, just as we do today.

my child tax credit came in so i started and finished my xmas shopping (in an hour and a half, new record for me!) only buying for the kids this year, but hey thats ok thats who christmas is for.
it snowed all day today and we are expecting a big storm tonight/tomorrow. total accumulation about 30cms or 12"
so between the snow and getting the shopping out of the way i am finally looking forward to, instead of dreading christmas
ju, not stressed anymore
