Nothing Sexy and nothing Fun so now’s the time to run away!!! lol

As some of your will know tomorrow will be exactly a year since my mother passed away....

I am not going to grieve I am not going to mope instead I decided a while back I was going to do something to turn it into a happy and worthwhile day so, as those who have been following my exploits will know, I decided to run a 1/2 marathon in her honour and raise some money for charity. The Aim £500.

Tomorrow at 10am I start my quest (which has actually grown slightly to just over 14miles)and although I won’t be running fast nor will I look professional I will get to the end with a little help from my friends and supporters. (Those of you on here that have been so supportive I thank you from the bottom of my heart, although I think my legs will have something else to say tomorrow... ;D)

Anyway I mentioned the other day on site I had to go pick up my T-shirt for the run and I thought you might like to see it:

Hopefully people along the route will actually now realise I am not mad, the weather reports for tomorrow are not looking good, but just trying to brighten someone’s day a little.

For obvious reasons I probably won’t be on tomorrow but will try to let you all know how it went...

P.S nearly forgot about the charity money bit... looks like I am going to raise about 3 times my original aim... so nearly £1,500.... when I sat down and worked it out I nearly passed out... Someone obviously likes me!!!
