Well for anyone that wants to know the run happened yesterday and my god do I hurt today... but it was worth it.

The route: points 8 to 2 and a little bit more total just over 14 miles

An hour long soak in the bath and I was just about able to stand again...Walking was, and still is, a different matter though...lol my feet have decided to disown the rest of my body....
