The extremes are idiotic. It's a problem if it means a man struggles to orgasm because his partner doesn't, or if a woman feels obligated to fake it to satisfy her partner. It cuts both ways, some woman gain pleasure from their partner's satisfaction too.

I always gain pleasure from helping my partner get off. But I will also admit that I have been known to fake every now and then. Sometimes, they just try so damn hard and get no where, I just feel I have to give them a bonus. lol
