You're probably sick to death of hearing me whine about this white demon, but I can't help it. I've been in Colorado since 1981, and I have NEVER seen this much snow all at once. The first storm before Christmas was bad enough, now they're telling us this one is gonna be even worse;( So much for work tomorrow, I know that sounds wonderful, but this time of year the time off hurts. Can I get a hug???

It finally felt like Christmas to me last night. I fly my Mom in every year the day after Xmas and my Daughter is home from College too. So we all got together,went to dinner and opened presents.....again.......last night. I was finally able to smile and take a deep sigh of relief. Now thats what Christmas is supposed to feel like to me.

You never know how much you're gonna get, or how long it's gonna last Well this time the weatherman got it part right. We got about 3 feet of snow in a little over 24hours. I spent 6 hours playin with my snowblower clearing my driveway, I have about a 150' driveway because I park my big truck in it. I haven't worked that hard in months. I pretty much just collapsed yeterday after I was done. The entire city was shut down yesterday and I believe the Airport is gonna open about noon today. I'm out and about today but what a mess!!!! I feel sorry for all the Christmas trvelers stuck in the airport with nowhere to go and no hope yet

On a continuation of my previous weathermen rant. Now they're calling for snow tonight OR tomorrow?? They're calling for anywhere between 3-20 inches?? WTF??? Hey ladies what if I said we're going out to dinner tonight and I'm gonna take you anywhere from McDonalds to the finest steak house in town, then we're gonna come home and have sex for anywhere between 3 minutes to two hours?????? I'm pretty sure I'd be looking for a new girl. Not a weatherman?????? Now I'm pretty sure we're gonna get 6" of partly cloudy

It's fucking c-c-c-c-c-old this morning and it's not supposed to warm up. Snow is in the forecast for tonight,tomorrow,and Thursday. F-U-C-K. Have I ever mentioned I hate the cold? when it's cold all you beautiful women have to bundle up and cover everything. No sexy shots of thigh or panties while driving next to you. I HATE THE COLD!!!!!

For me: Last night flat bench 1set 135lbs. set of 20. 3 sets 225lbs. 15 times, felt real good Flat flys 1 set 40lb dumbells 15 times 1 set 60 15 times 1 set 85 12 times. Last cable flys 50 lbs just for stetch only 3 sets, last set hurt a bit. This morning feel pretty Damn good. Very promising

I couldn't take it anymore, so last night I did my first "real" chest workout since my tear. I climbed back on that Damn horse. I got under a bar and put a 10lb plate on each side, so 65lbs and did a set of 15. It felt like nothing, which is good. next set 25lbs on each side, 95lbs total. Idid a set of 20 with that. Still it felt like nothing. Next set, 35lbs on each side, 115 total, did 20 again, this time I could feel the weak spot. It felt a little "stretchy" but nice. Last set I did was with 45lb plates on each side, so 135 total did a set of 20, felt tired after. I then went on to do incline flys doing sets of 15 with 20, 30, 40, and 45lb. dumbells. Damn this sucks, I feel like such a pussy. Recovery takes time, I know. Last thing I did was cable flys which i did all 4 sets with 50lbs. on each side. These were the most touchy, but I expected that because of the stretch involved. All in all a decent chest workout, for the first one. I wouldn't say I'm happy, but I'm happier.

Last note to self for now, Maybe ought to send a letter to NN, we could make our own calendar to sell with all of us in it each month, We could start nominations for who's gonna be in it each year in January and February. Then get it published and out by September???????? Any thoughts from anybody??

As many of you know, I'm a small business owner and have been for the last 10 years. My business consists of 98% men customers. Each and every year in business I've handed out titty calendars for all my customers. This is the first year I haven't done it, here's why. All the fucking PC police!!!!!! I'm sick to fucking death of someone else being able to come in and say "thats offensive to me, you need to take that down" FUCK YOU DON'T LOOK AT IT!!!!!!!!! What about MY rights if i wanna look at it, shouldn't I be allowed to?? This was THE hardest decision I had to make in a long time. All my customers are very good people and they all have been very nice when I explained why no calendars this year. I can however see the disappointment in their eyes. I was the last rebel to quit. All my competition quit years ago, so everyone counted on me. THIS FUCKIN SUCKS!!!! All you political correctness police can KISS MY BIG ASS!!!!!!
