Well, I went out and bought a card reader today to try and get the pictures from my camera to my phone.

I rushed home and tried......

Ummmm

"An internal programming error has occurred. Please try again. If error persists you may need to re-install the software."

Okay, so my camera wasnt the problem then and HP Image Zone must be. Only I bought the computer with it pre-installed and dont have a disk to re-install the bloody stupid thing!!

hmmmmm .. try opening >> start >> control panel >> camera/ scanners >> click reader .... crossing fingers :))

Uninstall the HP, and use the Vista-installed drivers. That way, you can access the files because your camera should be read as a storage device. *crossed fingers*

you can download the HP drivers for free on their web site also :)
