I am trying to get back onto my healthy eating regime after letting it go a bit over the festive period. My problem is that I still have loads of chocolate and even more drink left over that have to be eaten and drunk.
When I go into healthy eating mode I do try my best and usually do stick to it very well....but I can't do it when I still have "bad" stuff laying around, so I am trying to eat as much of it as possible right now. There is logic in there somewhere; believe me on that!
The faster I get rid of it, the faster I can get back to normal......lol, the problem right now is the 2 bottles of cranberry vodka that really need to be gone.......schlurpppppp!!!
