Once again I am stealing some midnight hours (and beyond) for my NN time since the day doesnt have enough hours in it for everything just now.

At the moment i have 2 kids ill, taking up a bed each and taking turns to summon me for anything like...tea, wet towels for their foreheads, hot water bottles, cuddles and general sympathy (not my strongest gift...but im getting better with practice)

This was supposed to be my first day to sit back and take it easy, although it didnt work out that way...lol....and tomorrow will probably be worse......My youngest is about a day behind my eldestwith this bug, so from what I have seen so far, tomorrow she will be worse (she don't do ill very well!!!!)

And then on Friday we have to go and visit family for an all-nighter before the partying on Saturday begins.....I will be relieved when next year finally gets here so I can sit down and relax

Still smiling though.....(so far!!)

i have a ton of patience for sick kids for about 4 hrs then its like would you get better already? =) this too shall pass

see, children never mind, do they....they continue to be contrary. you say, no more colds, fevers, viruses and they do the opposite to spite you. I'm hoping the new year sees you all fit as a fiddle and none the worse for the wear.
